This policy describes how citadel.video and related Citadel Video services handle information. It applies to our public website, contact forms, and technology used to operate in-venue screens. It does not cover third-party advertiser sites linked from ads.
Information we collect
- Contact information you send us (name, email, phone, company, message content).
- Technical logs typical of a website (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate time) used for security and reliability.
- Screen / campaign operational data such as venue or distributor identifiers, proof-of-play events, and ad delivery diagnostics — used to operate the network and report campaign delivery to clients and venue partners.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the Citadel Video network, measure campaign delivery, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal contact form submissions as a standalone product.
Advertising technology
In-venue screens and some web properties may load ads through Google Ad Manager and other demand partners declared in our ads.txt. Those partners may process device or environment signals under their own policies. Venue screens are designed for ambient, public retail environments — not for collecting account logins from shoppers.
Cookies
Our marketing website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics, session continuity, and (where enabled) form tooling. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us host the site, send email, serve ads, or analyze delivery — under contracts that limit use to providing those services — or when required by law.

Our services are directed to businesses and adult shoppers in public retail settings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
